Celebrate the season with us at the Clinton Inn Christmas Fair! Step inside our historic building to browse a curated selection of local artisans and makers, each offering unique, handmade goods and Christmas-themed items. Whether you’re searching for one-of-a-kind holiday gifts, festive décor, or seasonal treats, this indoor market is the perfect stop to experience the charm of a small-town Christmas.
Admission is free, and all are welcome. Support local talent and check off your holiday shopping list in one cozy, festive setting.
Vendor Information
We are currently accepting vendor applications for this year’s Clinton Inn Christmas Fair. This is a handmade-only market — all products must be created or crafted by the vendor. We are especially seeking holiday-themed goods, winter décor, and creative handmade gifts.
We do not allow:

Resale of manufactured items (including antiques, collectibles, or thrifted goods)

Direct sales or multi-level marketing products (e.g., Tupperware, Scentsy, Avon, Color Street)

Wholesale, mass-produced, or factory-made products that are not the vendor’s own work
Vendor Details
Fees & Spaces

$25 per space (8’ x 10’)

Table rental: $10 (optional; only 5 available)

Limit: One space per business to ensure a variety of booths

Location: All vendor booths will be located on the main floor of the building; the 2nd and 3rd floors will not be used for this event
Setup & Event Times
All booths must remain open, staffed, and stocked for the full duration of the event.

Setup: 9:00 AM – 10:45 AM

Event: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Cleanup: 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Electricity

Electricity is not guaranteed but may be available for small, low-draw devices (standard 120v only)

Must be requested in advance so we can assign a booth with access, if available
